• Individual Unit Alarm - each tenant is given their own personal security access code which they enter into a keypad to gain access through the main security gate. Once the code is entered that unit is disarmed. When the tenant leaves, they enter their personal security code into the exit keypad to exit back through the main gate. Once their code is entered the tenant's unit is rearmed.
• Security Cameras - digital video surveillance cameras are continuously recording various sections of the self-storage area and is monitored by our staff during business hours.
• Security Gate - only those people who have an access code can gain access to the storage area.
• On-Site Resident - in addition to individual unit alarms, security cameras, and access gates, resident managers live on site to further enhance the overall security of our facilities.
